The department currently utilizes 2005 Ford Crown Victoria’s for patrol vehicles.  The new cars are equipped with 911EP Galaxy LED light bars, 800 MHz radio, shot gun, cage, medical kit, Lifepak 500 automated external defibrillator, laptop computer, and radar.  This particular car is a 2003 and is equipped with Vista lighting.

 

 

 

 

Engine 1 was manufactured in 2004 by Crimson Fire.  This truck utilizes the Eclipse 200 CFM - CAFS (compressed air foam) system with a 1750 GPM Waterous pump, 2000 gallon water tank, 30 gallon foam tank, and 10 kw Harrison Generator.  The truck seats 4 and has an electrically lowered ladder rack.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ladder 2 is a 1996  SPARTAN 75 foot Arial.  The truck is equipped with a 2000 GPM pump, 1000 gallon water tank and 150 gallon foam tank.  The truck seats 6.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Engine 4 is a 1990 SPARTAN.  It has a 1500 GPM pump and a 1000 gallon water tank.  The truck seats 6.  It is equipped with a gas generator and an electric inverter.  The truck provides support at fires and automobile accidents, and serves as the primary RIT (rapid intervention team) truck.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Engine 3 is a 1980 PIERCE tanker which recently underwent cosmetic restoration.  The truck has a 1250 GPM pump and 2000 gallon water tank.  It also carries a portable holding tank.  The cab seats 2.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rescue 5 is a 2000 H.M.E.  The truck is a 5 person cab with an additional 3 person command post.  It carries the Hurst Jaws, medical and Haz-Mat supplies, 6 bottle - 6000 PSI breathing air - cascade system, electric winch and PTO generator.  The trucks primary function is for medical runs but also supports the ropes rescue team and Haz-Mat team. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Squad 2 is a 1978 DODGE that also recently underwent cosmetic restoration.  The vehicle has a Darley pump skid with a 150 gallon water tank.  The trucks primary function is for wild land firefighting.

 

 

  

 

 

 

Squad 3 is a 2002 YAMAHA - 600 and was purchased for the purpose of fire fighting and emergency rescue.  The squad has a trailer that was purchased to transport the vehicle and also to be used in rescues on the bike trail and other areas hard to reach by vehicles.  The water tanks hold a total of 45 gallons and are removed in the winter.
